the engine speed is high after the start, the engine is running for a while, and then the engine speed fluctuates a lot and then runs smoothly ...

Hi, I'm new here. I have such a problem after starting with Nissan QQ 2008 2,0 104kW petrol engine. Do you have any advice on what could be a problem? Timing Chain? Throttle body? Or something else ?
