I have just bought my first Pathfinder from Glyn Hopkin Nissan dealers which I should be collecting around the 23rd.

I already have a Nissan Primastar that I have owned for the passed 3 years that I use daily for my business to which I have been very happy with and with the service received at my local dealer in Waltham Abbey Essex.

I have PX'ed my Vectra Estate for a '57' Pathfinder Adventura with 20,000 miles on the clock with FSH.

I have test driven it and am really happy with it.

I have also signed up to the Nissan dealer's service plan which works out to be 66 monthly payments of £21.34 0% APR which covers 3 services over 6 years, which covers the cost of a full service including parts & labour except non-wear & tear parts obviously.

Does anyone else have this model and how have they found it?

Steve

In answer to query........We have had ours for 18 months, having bought it to ferry stuff to and from a house in France. We are very happy with it, now that we have sorted the battery draining problem- make sure that the one you get has had the necessary modification this year.
It does c 24.0 mpg on diesel, is very comfortable and can carry huge loads ! It is not fashionable, and the automatic gearbox is hardly elegant, but it does all that it says on the tin. It is also full of kit/gadgets

Thanks for that.

I have contacted the Main Dealer where I am buying the Pathfinder from and they have assured me that it has been services, 182 point checked and any outstanding manufacturer call-back notices would have been flagged up with the VIN number search on their system.

My average mileage will be around 4-5k a year in the Pathfinder being used for weekends, holiday's and trips out.
