P10 (1995) Air Condition

Hello,
 pls, what can I do to my car Air condition that is not working again, withing 6 months I refilled its gas and now is not cooling again, I checked the pipe in the engine the pipe was not cooling, I try to check whether the gas was leaking but I could not fing any leakage. But the fan is working perfectly also the vent.
Pls, what is the cause of the problem and how will I resolve the problem to avoid reoccurence.
