This does sound like a loose wire. As Paul has already said though there are a lot of earth points scattered around. I would start with the big earth cable from the battery o the gearbox though. These corrode and break and can cause all sorts of problems.

It sounds like an earthing fault to me but good luck finding it yourself (i know you have it booked in with an auto spark)
Most electrical faults on this model are earth related, having stripped the centre consul down a few years ago it's a maze under there and not easy to see what's what

anybody had any problems with built in display? I have intermittent fault with no display at all, no sat nav, radio, climate control or reversing camera then on restart of engine display appears.
have booked in with an auto electrician but any help would be appreciated |
