Nosiy power steering

   I get alot of whirring/fluttering sounds when turning steering wheel left or right whilst driving -had new p/s pipes in the engine bay a few months ago as they were leaking but the noise been there since I bought the car but is now getting louder. Is this sounding like a developing problem or is this normal on Nissans? any advise welcome. Ta
