Turbo is worthwhile replacing

Hi folks i drive a 2004 Primera 2.2 dielsel with full service history with 44,000 miles and turbo has went on her,  but 3 years ago at 15,000 the turbo went again and was fixed at the dealer, so if i go ahead and get it fixed that would be two turbos in a 44,000 mile car which i find horrendous, really debating rather to scrap the car and get a new one, or phone around to see if i can fix it on the cheap if there is such a thing. what do you think?
