main dealer service before delivery help

   Hi guys am new on here so thought I would drop by and ask you guys a question.
I have just bought a Qashqai 1.5 dci 2010 from a main dealer. 
Its this is a cared4 car but after I have taken delivery I have seen that its due for a service mid next month...!!!! I spoke to the garage and they said it wasn't due a service at the time of sale.... so just to recap I would have had this car for 6 weeks and then I would need a service ...It seems wrong to me .I need to keep the service up also as this could invalid my cared4 warranty. .. its only done 9000 miles from new but its service is due yearly ... Nissan uk were not much help also and they spoke to the garage but all that they said was the car has had a Nissan health check.... I need some help here as I do not know if I am right in saying this car bought from a main dealer should have been fully serviced for me... help please
