you need to sign up for an account on any picture hosting sites like www.photobucket.com then upload your images to there and then copy the link it provides you with (the www.blah bit) then come back on here, press the box with a tree in it 3 from the right above the reply box and paste that link you copied into the part where the http:// bit is written
