you've come to the right place for info on this one...

first off... throw the GTiR ecu in the bin, you dont need it... use the primera one with a piggyback ecu (dastek unichip, e-manage blue/ultimate etc) or a custom chip from H-Dev (but watch out with that as ive heard of a few cars going tits up due to his programming)to run the engine and an electronic boost controller to control the turbo... that way you dont need to do any major re-wiring.

wiring that does need to be changed if you're changing to GTiR is the throttle position sensor, the primera looks at 0-5v the pulsar is the other way round... its a simple fix of turning the wires round in the connector.... also you'll need the injector plugs to switch with the primera ones, cut and crimp will do on them, also you'll need to wire in the ballast resistor unless you run high impedence injectors (its another simple job of putting it inline at the point where the primera injector loom splits behind the head)

ive got the gtir wiring diagram on file if you need it, it can be a real pain to try find... and also various other little diagrams that'll help you when you come to do the pipework for the vacuums lines off the GTiR inlet manifold

thanks once again

the drawings on my laptop in france and i'm in the uk at the moment so if you can wait till next sunday i'll send it on then.

what are you planning on doing to the gears to handle the bhp cos the primera standard box will fall apart if it has to try handle 500 brake... also, choose well on the clutch front... there are some cheap ones out there that claim big power handling capacity and are absolutely useless

have you sorted the increase in fuel supply and pressure you'll need too?
