could be normal, could be getting paranoid....

try this, engine idling, all electrica stuff off (fans, lights radio etc) switch on head lights, then off, turn on heated rear window, then off.

does anyone elses produce a strange rattle sound from engine bay?

clearly engine note dips due to electric load on charging system, have never heard a car rattle before.

it sounds as if the bonnet prop is loose, or the grille is rattling - have checked and theyre not by the way.

how bizarre?

as a different comment - all the good things going for the little note, theyre crap in the wind dont you think? clearly due to the side profile of a fridge

Been off the road the last 6 weeks due to a broken ankle so cant comment on the recent weather much

Ok, an other riddle:

You re using the auto window (drivers window) pushing it

once and it goes all the way down at once.

You re pulling the same swich (not immediately) up and the window

goes all the way up again.

(There are two scales on the switch: a) is adjustable

                                                       b) all the way up or down)

The switch functinons properly when the A/C points the blue

area (cold).

When you re using the heater (red area) the window works

downwords on both scales.

If you try to close it the all the way up, function doesn't work.

All summer time (i was using only the a/c for cold)

this didn't happened even once.

When i'll use the heater, this will occur 100%.

The worst thing is, this does not happen every time or in periods..

It happens random-but it happens- and no one believes it's true.

(it is though!)

P.s. by the way way in case your window doesn't work (the

auto scale/ drivers window) the way to treat it, is:

-Start our engine, wait for a few sec.

-Push the switch (the second scale) and wait (without removing

your finger from the switch) untill the window goes all the way

down and then count 3-5sec (finger still on the switch)

-The  next step is to pull the switch up (2nd scale/auto)

and hold it, till the window is all the way up and then wait

for another 3-5 secs (finger is always pulling the swich <gentlly>)

I believe your "lasy" window, will be working again propely!
