Terrano electric windows

   Hi, all four electric windows on a 2004 Terrano 2.7 are so slow that you think they have stopped (and often do) and the front two always go out of alignment.  Is there a simple solution?  Is there a cheat with fresh rubbers or a window lubricant?  Any advice?

	you could try some silicone lubricant spray in the rubbers
