Hi all I have a problem with my cd changer in a primera p12 2005 the cd changer is flashing and beeping constantly when the engine is running or the egnition turn on it only goes off when I turn the key off

I forgot to mention that the cd changer came from a other car but has the same part no and serial no too and modle no any help will be very grateful for thanks
