And why?Mine has to be the Audi Quattro as it set a new standard in world rallying back in the 80's.

I mean just look at that awesome 700 BHP lump.

lancia stratos very futuristic looking for its time and won world rally title three times in a row 1974/75/76. IIRC less than 500 ever made and it was mid engined and for those who are not sure what it looks like:-

oh yes the legendary Stratos with a Ferrari engine in it.there is one of them in Maidenhead.The guy uses for classic rallying.

the engine is FJ24, the Sr was built from this.

I didn't realize that the Lancia delta S4 was turbo and supercharged and 480BHP.

sort off mate, the one in picture is a FJ24 277hp :D i have a FJ20ET yep turbo :D 200hp non intercooled and running 6 psi no i can;t leave it at that now can i

My fav has to be the Evo (any model) know its a bit sad and common but just like the styling, chatting to me mate who works at the import center at portishead and he says they have loads of BLUE ones coming through at mo, new clour and next year there is a Evo ESTATE coming out to be put in comp with the Scoob Estate

True, but for some weird reason, the 2WD GTi was a storming rally car for a while.
