K12 Was designed to "attract" more women to Nissan.

Unfortunately B segment, has no matcho models any more..

This is not nessecery a bad thing, but it's also not good for

old "school drivers" who try to expand their limits or their cars.

K13 follows the same steps with the pre-owner of the throne!

It is called as a: GLOBAL CAR

So it has to be approved through a variety of,

People,

Ages,

Sexes,

Likes,

Or driving Styles.

Hope this time, customizing will flourish!

P.s. I can't say: that's not nice..

The only question with K13 that comes to my mind, has to do the

quality standards.. Till the K12, Micra's was made in UK.

K13 is gonna produced in: India, Mexico, China etc.

Ok quality standards are defined from the factory.

But as an example, i can think of Toyota's Auris/Corolla.

The first one is produced in Turkey

and the Other one in Japan..

So much alike, but so different.

Not a fan, ever since Renault took over the only decent car to come out is the GT-R and even that I don't think they used the same team as they did the 350/370.

I think Nissan should bring back the style of cars they used to have. The Primera with proper suspension, the original micras weren't the best lookers but they were a fun car to drive. The new one will feel heavy and un-connected.

The side of the 3 door micra does look like the corsa, front and rear are deff nissan tho, its just another jelly mold euro box tho

If the pixo is anything to go by the indian build quailty will be dire

talking to a sales rep he said the pixo is like driving a coke can on  wheels and to quote clarkson its like driving around in eeyore's bottom

when K12  first came to the dealers, people didn't

quiet aprooved it, saying K11 was much better and more

good looking!

Prices (as a second hand buy) has to do with the market.

Since crisis affects everyone, there are two senarios:

-People will keep cars for more years, before replacement

(prices stay as it is)

-People will need cash (and try to give away second or third car

and keep just one or two)

and prices (generaly at every brand) will go down as well...

Reliability (still) is one of Nissans great achievements!

You are not Dumb...

I know (a few) types cause of my work!

Some models (like Micra, Civic, BMW 325, Corolla and many more)

are using the same (name) for more than 1 generation.

In able to understand which model you are talking about, you should be

using the production year as well.

For more convinience we are using the plattform type.

It's more like 'a model slang name' used to discribe a model..

For ex. a Micra K12 2008 mod. uses a Vin number

SJNECAK12U311....

So as long as you know the model and the year, that's fine!!!

Guys, last weekend i was able to explore the new Micra (k13)

and i think it's not bad at all...

They could have used more (soft) plastics, but it seems better if you have

a close look, than seeing it from pics only!

First edition:

Second edition:

http://img100.imageshack.us/i/note1oj9.jpg/">

The bodyshell diff. are:

The bumpers (fully painted in th 2nd edition) and the antena

(in the 2nd edition has moved to the back of the roof)

And then we have the F/L Note:

http://img11.imageshack.us/i/nissannote20091024x768w.jpg/">

Which is different (mostly at the front)

They have smoked rear lights and they ve changed some of the

equipment according to the cars edition..!

(Dear Flash, i hope you can move this to the Note section, in

order NOT TO BE OFF TOPIC! Thanx!!)

Hope i helped a little bit!
